The 8171 portal helps needy families check on their eligibility for the Ehsaas program. All processes for registration have been eased through this portal. Families intending to be part of this program have to first verify their eligibility through the 8171 portal. Following this, they have to visit the NADRA office for the verification of their ID cards.
Verification at NADRA
They will verify your ID card at the NADRA office to ensure its authenticity. If your ID card is invalid, then NADRA staff shall obtain detailed information about your family for verification. Your poverty score will be subsequently checked if you stand a chance of being financed.
Steps to Register via 8171 Web Portal 2024
After verification, you will be given a token for your ID card. Take your computerized national identity card from NADRA, and go to the Benazir office. A slip will be provided to you that must be signed by an authorized officer. Fill in the details of the registration slip and submit it to the 8171 check online Office. After you have registered, your data will be sent to the Benazir Head Office for verification in Islamabad. If your eligibility is proven, then you will receive a confirmation message on your cell phone about your enrolment from the BISP 8171 Portal. While filling in the survey, do enter a valid and registered mobile number to receive notifications.

If you are already registered in the Benazir Income Support Program, then follow these easy steps to check your eligibility on the 8171 web portal complaint section. If you don’t get any message then contact the BISP helpline number to register your complaint.
