Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of that person.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

Following the DMCA and other applicable laws, ehsaasrashan.org reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
