First of all, ineligible persons have to apply for online registration in BISP. To apply, download the 8171 code on your mobile. With this code, you will send an SMS to BISP regarding the NSER survey. You will get a registration update within 24 hours. In case of any problem, you may visit the NADRA office for detailed registration information. There you can discuss your eligibility criteria.
BISP Check Balance Online by CNIC
They can view the balance of who has registered, including poor and widowed ones. First, re-register your CNIC number with the NADRA office. You can use your CNIC number for online balance checks to know your amount and eligibility. Re-register all those CNIC numbers that have expired so that updated registration and balance determination may be made.

On completion, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone within a few hours from code 8171 about your eligibility and the amount of assistance, Rs. 25,000.
BISP New Payment 2024
The amount that the BISP is presently paying to its worthy recipients has been increased to Rs. 25,000 from Rs. 14,000. This new payment will be announced in 2024. The money could be drawn by eligible individuals from their nearest HBL branch or their bank account. In case of non-payment, do visit the NSER survey center established by BISP and notify it regarding the problem.
